Once an order is placed, a confirmation email or message will be shared. Order acceptance is confirmed only after dispatch.

Orders are generally dispatched within 24–72 business hours. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Crunchismo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics providers.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting images at:

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways including:
