1. Shipping Coverage

Crunchismo currently ships across India to all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on courier serviceability in certain remote locations.

 

2. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499

Orders below ₹499 may attract a nominal shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee depending on location and courier availability

Shipping charges are subject to change during promotional campaigns or special events.

 

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours after successful order confirmation

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

During high-volume sale periods or launches, processing timelines may be slightly extended

 

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Operational delays
  • Courier partner issues
  • Remote location accessibility
  • High-demand periods or festivals

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the shipment status.

You may also be able to track your order through the “My Orders” section on your Crunchismo account, if applicable.

 

6. Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Is marked as delivered but has not been received
  • Is significantly delayed
  • Arrives damaged, tampered, or in poor condition

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: Care@crunchismo.com

Kindly include:

  • Order number
  • Registered phone/email
  • Photos of the package/product (if applicable)

Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

 

7. Address & Delivery Information

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details, including:

  • Full address
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • Correct phone number and email ID

Crunchismo will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

8. Shipping During Sales & Festivals

During festive seasons, promotional campaigns, or sale events, order processing and delivery timelines may be slightly delayed due to increased order volume.
