Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Crunchismo, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality breakfast products made with carefully selected ingredients. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we follow a strict yet fair Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy to maintain hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable since no payment has been collected.
3. No Return Policy
As our products fall under the food and consumable category, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
This policy helps us maintain product hygiene, freshness, and safety standards for all customers.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
While we follow strict quality checks, if you receive:
- A damaged package
- An incorrect item
- A defective or spoiled product

5. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Product received in defective condition

- Once the issue is verified by our team, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
- Minor packaging dents or cosmetic damage that do not affect product quality
- Taste preferences or personal dislikes
- Delays caused due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts or unclaimed deliveries
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
7. Order Cancellation by Crunchismo
Crunchismo reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Unserviceable delivery locations
- In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
